Why are you running for these position?

I am running for these positions because they are vital for our local lodge to function.

What are your goals if you become that position?

My goal is to help the local lodge better serve all of our members.

Why should the membership choose you over the other candidates?

I believe in fostering a space where everyone feels heard and valued. It is crucial for creating a supportive and collaborative environment. I encourage open communication or make sure everyone has a chance to contribute.

Additional information you’d like the membership to know?

The Union does not exist without its membership. The strength of a union comes from its members we all need participate in our union, be it going to the monthly meeting, representing our fellow members on the floor as Stewards to ensure the company is abiding by the contract they signed with us. We all hold important roles as Union members, remember to support each other in the good times and the challenging ones. Together we are building a stronger sense of unity and solidarity within our union, which is important if we are to maintain a fair and just workplace.
