Women's Committee Meeting
The Women’s Committee will meet on Friday, January 24th at Yardhouse in Palmdale. It is located at the AV Mall. The meeting will start around 4:30 and all are welcome to join. The Women’s Committee is open to more than just women, so if you want to get involved and learn more please join us. Full Day Steward Training
As stated in the email sent by our Business Representitive, Brother Richard Dees, we will be hosting a Full Day Steward Training. While the Meeting is called Steward Training, it is open to all members who wish to attend and learn. There will be Donuts in the morning and Pizza provided for lunch.
Steward Training usually consists of:
Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Review.
Grievance Writing Workshops.
What it means to be a Steward.
This being a Full Day Training, there will much more discussed, so please join us and learn a little bit more.
