Why do you want to be on Senior Board?

I am running for the Senior Board/ Negotiations Committee due to me being on the current committee, and I want to service the membership in that capacity for the next go around at contract negotiations and for the settlement of the current backlog of grievances.

What are your continued goals if you become a Senior Board member again?

My goals if elected again would be to bring home a fair and equitable contract for the membership and their families, it doesn't just affect the member but their families as well, better wages and benefits equals a better family life.

Why should the membership choose you over the other candidates?

The membership should vote for me for a second term due to the fact that I was collectively able to bring us 37% wage increases over a five-year contract, the 401k was doubled, an increase in PTO from 48 hours to 50 hours, your medical premiums went down from 73 dollars a week for a family to 58 dollars a week, reduced the years from ten years to eight years for the next step in vacation accruals just to name a few. I feel if elected to the team again we can chip away at the company some more for an even better contract.
