Lockheed Martin approached the Union with an issue regarding a staffing shortage that will soon affect the ADP programs. The Company has requested an allowance to utilize up to an additional fifty (50) IAM&AW represented members from other Lockheed Martin sites to supplement our workforce until the permanent job openings are filled by new hires/new members.
