Frequently asked questions.

  • Dues are based on the weighted average wages under a contract. As average wages go up, they recalculate based on these numbers in August and thus dues go up every January. What it shows is that as we as a membership are continuing to see wage growth. If you were to see dues going down, then that shows that the weighted average wage under that bargaining unit has gone down.

  • 1st Shift members meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month beginning at 4:00pm(1600hours)

    2nd Shift members meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month beginning at 1:00pm(1300hours)
