MOA Vote

Sisters and Brothers,

We will kick off 2024 with a vote that will correct overtime issues within the CBA. When the Company and the Union negotiated over the new shifts in our CBA, the Parties didn’t capture the appropriate workweeks and workdays for the purposes of calculating overtime.

The attached MOU will correct these matters and will provide for the correct overtime rates to be paid for all shifts (9/80 A/B Day Shift, 9/80 A/B Swing Shift, 9/80 A/B Graveyard Shift, 4/10 A/B Day Shift, 4/10 A/B Swing Shift, 3/12 Day Shift, and 3/12 Swing Shift).

The Senior Board Recommends your vote of acceptance for the attached MOU.

The vote will be conducted as follows:
