Sisters and Brothers,

As we head into negotiations you will have an opportunity to have your job classification reviewed for a labor grade increase. If you feel that your job classification has increased in tasks and responsibilities since the last CBA negotiations, you may prepare a presentation to request an increase in labor grade for your classification. To do so, you will complete the attached form and submit it to the Union Hall by close of business on October 7, 2022. You will then provide a presentation to the Senior Board, the Business Representative, Labor Relations and your Manager. The presentations will be in-person and scheduled to happened later in the month of October. When giving the presentation, you may verbally explain the need for your classification’s labor grade increase, you may utilize documentation and/or a power point presentation.
