**Update 7/28/2022** - Union Vote for MOA

Congratulations!!! Brothers and Sisters,

We have ratified the MOA. This paves the way for our membership to be given priority to be able to transfer to different programs as priority over TDY.

Sisters and Brothers,

The Company and the Union have reached a tentative agreement on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), regarding transfers into ADP, Fabrication & Tooling, or U-2. The MOA is titled “Internal Transfer Preference Requests and Site Surge Support” and has been attached for your review.

Upon review, you will find a transfer process will be triggered whenever there is a need for Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) employees in the Plant/Sites. Should there be a staffing need where the Company has to bring workers in TDY to perform work, the Union will be notified and the transfer process will commence for the affected classifications. The Company will utilize IAMAW represented workers on TDY as surge support, temporarily, while transfers are being processed. The transfers will be offered in order of seniority and may be granted between ADP, Fabrication & Tooling, or U-2 if their staffing level is at or above 85% (active employees vs. needed). A department cannot lose more than 5% of a certain job code every 3 months. The timing of the transfers are based on program access eligibility and Lead / OJT status. The second attachment is a summary and flowchart to provide an example of how the transfer process will be conducted.

Furthermore, this MOA needs to be ratified by the Bargaining Unit, in order to be executed by the Company and the Union. Your Business Representative and Senior Board fully recommend acceptance of this MOA, as this will facilitate the Bargaining Unit’s desire for transfers into ADP, while the use of IAMAW represented TDY workers is kept to a minimum.

The vote will be conducted at the Union Hall, as follows:
