Lockheed GWI Error

Hello Brothers and Sisters of Lockheed Martin,

It has been brought to our attention that Lockheed Martin had made a mistake when processing the GWI for 2025. Due to a mistake, everyone received an extra $0.25 with our GWI. As stated in the CBA,

Prior to the GWI on March 15, 2025, the maximum of all rate ranges will increase by twenty-five cents ($0.25) allowing for future progression within rate ranges as stated in Article 11 Section 9. (Typo - S/B Section 10)

Lockheed will be correcting this error and deducting $0.25 from your current hour wage rate and per our CBA, the $0.25 will be reapplied during the next “Progression within Rate Range” in May.

We understand that we might not be happy with it, but we work to our CBA and much follow it as we hold the company to it as well.
